Online ticket purchase

Admission is free after preliminiary professional registration.

Tickets purchased are non-refundable in case of absence or incorrect purchase. Please check the number and expiry date of the ticket(s) you wish to purchase before buying.

Please note that we do not provide invitation letters for visitors and and we are unable to assist with visa applications.

Admission is free under the age of 6.

Ticket prices

Daily ticket

• On the spot: 9000 HUF
• Webshop: 8400 HUF + 400 HUF service fee
• Hungexpo Application: 7600 HUF + 400 HUF service fee
• Admission is free under the age of 6.

VAT invoice

Please remember to keep the receipt of your ticket.

The deadline for requesting a VAT invoice is 14 days from the closing of the given event.

Simultaneous event

Between the 16th and 19th May tickets are valid also for visiting the INDUSTRY DAYS. The two events are interoperable.

Payment methods

Before entering, visitors may also pay for their event ticket in cash at the on-site ticket offices. After that, at the catering units located within the venue, contactless bank cards or HelloPay cards may be used for payment (the latter can also be topped up with cash and redeemed at the end of the event).
